Marion Watson was a woman. She was born at Stowlin, Eyrecourt, County Galway on 18 May 1867 to parents John Pim Watson and Catherine Symes. She appeared with her mother and some of her siblings in the 1901 census, as a farmer's daughter, unmarried and a member of the Church of Ireland. She appeared in the 1911 census with her married sister Alice Constance Johnston, sister-in-law of the head of household, unmarried, no occupation and still a member of the Church of Ireland. She died in Dún Laoghaire on 12 May 1935, a spinster aged 67. She lived in Ireland her whole life and had no children.

Further to my last comment. Josie Atkins and Marion Watson were both women. It seems very unlikely indeed that they married in the 1910s or 20s. I am going to undo your edits.
I am not at all sure about your last edit; the middle name 'Frances' does not appear anywhere on the records I can see, In 1911, Marion Watson was staying with her sister in law in Dublin, and a Marion Watson born in about 1868 died unmarried in Dublin in June 1935.
