Biography

Ada Ann Watson was born in 1884 in Castle Eden, Durham, England to Cuthbert Watson and Mary Ann (Davison) Watson. Her birth was registered in Easington, Durham in the last quarter of the year, with mother's maiden name Davison.^[1]

In 1891 Ada A Watson (age 7) lived in Ryhope, Durham with her father Cuthbert (48[~43], Coal Miner), mother Mary A (44), and seven siblings: Frank (22, Coal Miner), Thomas (20, Coal Miner), Mary E (17), Alice (15), Cuthbert (12), Robert W (11), and George (4).^[2]
