John Watt, born in Scotland, died aged 70 years on 04 Jul 1885 in Sackville st, Hobart. [2]

WATT.-On July 3, at his residence, Sackville-street, John Watt, in the 70th year of his age. Funeral will leave for Queenborough Cemetery, at 3 p.m. on SUNDAY, Friends respectfully invited. Native of Girvan, Scotland. ST. JOHN'S FRIENDLY SOCIETY. Members of St. John's Friendly Society are requested to attend the funeral of the late John WATT, which will leave his late residonce, Sackville-street, on SUNDAY, the 5th inst., at 3 p.m. T. W. BLINDELL, Secretary. Family Notices (1885, July 4). The Mercury (Hobart, Tas. : 1860 - 1954), p. 1.
