He married Ruth Crane on 03 December 1740 in Windham, the daughter of Isaac and Ruth (Waldo) Crane. She was born in Windham on 12 April 1718 and died there on 28 February 1796 at age 77. She was buried in Scotland, Connecticut.[1]
He died in Windham on 11 February 1803 aged 85 and was buried in Scotland, Connecticut.[1]
