Eddie's remarkable life history is recounted in his son's biography of his father (Edward Milo Webb, his ancestors and descendants); and, highlights of the biographical information from that book is reproduced here. [2]
Eddie's parents were early Latter Day Saint converts. As described in his father's Find A Grave memorial, they were among the many Mormans who traveled west to escape religious discrimination.[3] So in 1852 at age five, Edward traveled with his family in the 16th company under Captain Uriah Curtis[4] across the plains to Utah "outfitted with six oxen, two wagons, two cows and twenty-three sheep." Early in the trip (in 1852), Eddie's father contracted cholera and died. Eddie's mother was left with four children as they continued their trip to Utah.
Eddie did not attend school but he was taught the rudiments of learning from his grandmother Abigail Cordelia (Burr) Owens. He received formal training later in life and taught in Fillmore city, Utah and other locations.[2]
In accordance with established Mormon practice, Eddie had three wives.
Eddie passed away in 1921 and was buried in Holladay Memorial Park, Holladay, Salt Lake city, Utah[5] His memorial has photos and links to those of family members.[1]

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Eddie by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Eddie:
Please add Charlotte Webb (Webb-8453) as Milo's wife. I'd do it myself, but the privacy setting won't allow it. You might want to consider opening the profile's privacy; A Mormon pioneer, Milo had multiple wives and lots of children yet to be added.
Same problem. Can't be connected by me due to privacy setting.
