DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with John by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with John:

Webb-4625 and Webb-453 do not represent the same person because: Can be twins, but differt sexes, different names.

I have located on http://person.ancestry.com/tree/24055338/person/27575731039/facts (my morther-in-laws' husband's family) a John Webb dob 08/09/1674 Richmond VA died in 1721 Northampton, VA. He married Jane Martin (1677-1748) around 1692 in VA or om 11/08/1687 in Dursley, Englad (which does not make sense). Could this be the same person?
