Biography
Brought up Minnie's children as Minnie was ailing.
She had 8 siblings.
Father Arthur was born in 1810. He passed away in 1852. He had nine children. He, his wife, and an infant died of typhoid fever in/near Philadelphia. His other nine children were adopted by his brother George James Webb who lived in Boston in 1852.
