From Find A Grave:[2]

C. (probably Charles) Henry Webb was the son of William & Rachel Elizabeth Webb who arrived in Gilmer Co, GA ca 1854 from NC, along with William's parents, Benjamin & Mary (Wilson) Webb. Benjamin & Mary are listed in 1850 census of Yancey Co, NC, next door to daughter Rebecca & Isham D. Woodard. In 1860 census of Gilmer Co, the two Webb families were living only three houses apart. By 1870 census, Mary Wilson Webb had died; Benjamin Webb was in household of Isham D. & Rebecca (Webb) Woodard. The Wooward/woodard couple later moved to Arkansas. No legible tombstones have been found for either Benjamin or Mary Webb
