Biography
Rutherford County Marriage Bond executed 26 October 1807 by Burgis Scogin, naming his intended bride as Polly Webb. Bondsman: Elias Webb.[1] Elias Webb apparently was Polly Webb’s brother; he bequeathed to his sister Polly Scoggin in his 1814 Rutherford County will.[2]
