Biography
Mary Webb was born 25 January 1739 in Kennett, Chester County, Pennsylvania, the youngest of six children of Daniel and Mary (Harlan) Webb. She married John Powell on 15 July 1759, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.[1]
