He lived in Election Precinct 11 Cox, Etowah, Alabama, United States in 1880 and Election Precinct 8 Big Creek, Limestone, Alabama, United States for about 20 years. He died on 13 March 1921, in Limestone, Alabama, United States, at the age of 80, and was buried in Pleasant Point Cemetery, Pisgah, Limestone, Alabama, United States.
