Elizabeth Collie Phoebe Webb was the daughter of Edward B. Webb.
She married Lt.-Col. Henry George Samuel Alexander, son of Reverend Samuel Alexander and Charlotte Frances Beresford, on 16 February 1878.
She died on 5 October 1913, age 46.
From 16 February 1878, her married name became Alexander.
