Her husband, John Chiles, Sr., died in 1723.
Elender was later identified as being the relict of John Chiles, when she married secondly about 1723 to Edwin Hickman, as his first wife.
Her father, Henry Webber, deeded land to "Eleanor" Hickman, wife of Edwin Hickman and relict of John Chiles, deceased; then at her death to Henry Chiles and John Chiles, heirs of John Chiles, Gentleman, deceased, of St.Margaret's Parish, King WIlliam County, Virginia.
Her mother, Mrs. Jane Webber, relinquished her dower in the land deed to her grandsons. [4]
Her sons, Henry Chiles of Spotslyvania County and John Chiles of King William County, sold 400 acres of this land in May 1736. This would indicate that they were both of age by this date and thus, the younger was born before 1715. [5]
Elender died about 1738.
1724/June/02 Henry Webber, Gent. of St.John's Parish, King William County, Virginia, to Henry Chiles and John Chiles, heirs of John Chiles, Gent., deceasd, of St.Margaretts Parish; £100 current. 200 acres in St.George Parish, Spotsylvania County, granted said Webber by patent, 28 October 1723. The said Henry and John Chiles, heirs at law of John Chiles, deceased, are only to have but 1334 acres of the said land until the decease of Elender Hickman, wife of Edwin Hickman, and Relict of ye said John Chiles, deceased.
Jno. Quarles, having first proved Mrs. Jane Webber's power of attorney to him in court, acknowledged all ye said Jane's right of dower to the above deeded land to Henry and John Chiles.
1724/June/02 Henry Webber, Gent. of St.John's Parish, King William County, Virginia to Edwin Hickman, Gent., and his wife, Elender, of St.George Parish, Spotsylvania County, 20 shill., 666 acres in St.George Parish, Spotsylvania County, granted said Webber by patent, 28 October 1723.
1724/June/02 This indenture, made the second day of June in the year of Our Lord God one thousand seven hundred and twenty four and in the tenth year of the Reigne of Our Sovereigne Lord George by the grace of God of Great Brittain France and Ireland, King, defender of the faith, etc. Between Henry WEBBER of Saint John Parish in King William County of one part and Edwin HICKMAN and his wife, Elender, of Spotsylvania County, Gent., of the other part; Witnesseth that Henry WEBBER in consideration of twenty shillings of lawfull money to him in hand paid by Edwin HICKMAN and his wife, Elender, the receipt whereof Henry WEBBER, doth hereby acknowledge, hath and by these presents doth demise bargain and sell unto Edwin HICKMAN and his wife,Elender, relix of John CHILES, Gent., deceased, their heirs one certain tract of land containing by estimation six hundred and sixty six acres which is part of a greater tract of two thousand acres granted to Henry WEBBER by patent bearing date October 29th day 1723, the six hundred and sixty six acres scituate in Parish of Saint George and County of Spotsylvania and bounded, begining at a corner white Oak and Hickory saplins on a Hill, thence south seventy seven degrees west twenty four poles to a corner Hickory and Poplar on the North East side of East North East, the several courses to a corner white Oak standing on the North East side of East North East in John WILKINS' line, thence along the said W1LKINs' line West eighty nine poles to a corner red Oak and a white Oak on a ridge, thence North six hundred and thirty two poles to the corner white Oak and a Hickory where it first began together with all houses orchards and profitts to the same belonging; To have and to hold the land and premises with appurtenances unto Edwin HICKMAN and his wife, Elender, their heirs, from the day of the date hereof for and during the full term of the said Elender HICKMAN's natural life and after the decease of the said Elender HICKMAN, the land and premises with appurtenances is to return to Henry CHILES and John CHILES, heirs of John CHILES, deceased, as by a Deed from Henry WEBBER to Henry CHILES and John CHILES, heirs of John CHILES, deceased, more at large will appear. At a Court held for Spotsylvania County on Tuesday the 2nd day of June 1724, Mr. Henry WEBBER acknowledged this, his Deed of Lease for Land to Edwin HICKMAN and his wife, Elender, which was admitted to record. Test: John WALLER, Clerk Cur.
1730/Nov/04 At a Court held for Spotsylvania County 4th of November 1730 - On Information of John WALLER and William HANSFORD, Gent., church wardens of St.George Parish in this County, against Mary BARNETT a Christian white woman servant belonging to Mr. Edwin HICKMAN for having a bastard mulatto child. It is ordered that the said BARNETT be summoned to the next Court to answer the same. [8]

Elender Webber-150 was the daughter of Henry Webber & she married Hickman in 1723.
The other profile, Eleanor Elliott-16332 was the daughter of James Elliott and she married Hickman in 1744
