Biography

Eugenie Margaret Weber was born in 1878 at Braidwood, New South Wales, Australia. She was the daughter of Peter Weber & Elizabeth (Phillips) Weber. Eugenie married Frederick Cleeve in 1907 at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. She sued him for divorce on the grounds of desertion in 1921.

CLEEVE v CLEEVE.
Eugenie Margaret Cleeve (formerly Weber) sued for divorce from Frederick Cleeve on the ground of desertion. The marriage was celebrated at Sydney on December 24, 1907, according to the rites of the Congregational Church. A decree nisi returnable in six months was granted. Mr. Leslie Gannon appeared for the petitioner.
