Jettie was the only daughter of Hope Webster and Martha Stafford. An older brother Robert Webster died as a toddler before she was born. Jettie grew up on the Webster farm in East Nissouri Township, Oxford County, Ontario.[1]
On August 3, 1918, Jettie married Merton McCormick in Middlesex County. [2]They moved to Walkerville, Ontario, where Martin worked as a druggist in 1921.[3]
In 1949, Jettret lived at 909 Windermere Rd. in Windsor, Ontario, with three student nurses, perhaps lodgers. [4] In 1963, she is listed as a widow living at 858 Chilver Road in Windsor, but was in fact divorced. [5] She died in 1976 and is buried in the Grove/Webster Cemetery in London, Ontario.[6][7]
