Hezekiah Weed was born on 11 May 1722 in Stamford, Connecticut^[1] to parents Jonas Weed and Sarah Waterbury. He married Ruth Waterbury on 7 May 1752 in Stamford, Connecticut. Children: Ruth, Jonas, Hezekiah, John Drew, Jonas, Gideon. He died on 16 Oct 1775 in Stamford, Connecticut.

His will is dated 21 Apr 1775, probate 2 Nov 1775. In it, he mentions a granddaughter, Ruth Waring, under the age of 18 (dau. of his deceased dau.).
