Former Governor Weicker is my 10th Cousin once removed. Although he only server one term as Governor, he remained active in Connecticut Politics until his death. I was living in Connecticut during the time he was Governor, and I returned to CT. almost 7 years ago. It was with Great Sadness I learned of his Passing. Although our Political Views may have differed, he did a lot of good for the State. The Hartford Courant reported his Passing on the Front Page and included several articles regarding his efforts to make CT. a better place for all. He will be missed.
