Mr. Harrison Zellner to Mrs. Catherine Steinman, both of this city. - Hazleton Plain Speaker; Friday, November 20, 1903: Mrs. Catherine Zellner, aged 62 years, is dead at her home, 27 West Diamond Avenue, from cancer of the liver, with which she suffered for some time. She was born at Wapwallopen. Mrs. Zellner was twice married, her first husband, Jacob Steinman, dying thirteen years ago, while her second husband, Mr. Zellner, has been dead about five years. Her mother, Mrs. John Weiss, aged 89 years, survives her and resides at Wapwallopen. Her sisters and brothers who survive her are: William Weiss, of Hobbie; Wesley Weiss, Wapwallopen; Mrs. John Swank, Nescopeck; Mrs. William Keiner, Beach Haven. She is survived by the following children: Mrs. Washington Oswald, with whom she resided, and Mrs. John Pettit, of Hazleton; Edward Steinman, of Melrose, Mass., and Wilner Steinman, of Scranton. She lived in Hazleton the greater part of her lifetime and was an esteemed and well known resident.
