"...Wife Rebecca. To eldest son Daniel Welburn land where I live and for want of heirs to my second son James Welburn. To son James Welburn, all my swamp land given to me by my father, Daniel Welburn's will. My island land on Assateague, to be divided between sons Daniel, James, and Riley Welburn and my daughter Elizabeth Welburn. Sons Daniel, James and Riley Welburn and daughters, Leah and Elizabeth Welburn, resid. legatees. Brother Francis Welburn and Ayres Gillett, Exrs. Witt. * Will- (Father's) May 28, 1733. Daniel was named in his father's will on May 18, 1733 at Accomack Co, VA. He was shown as 'my eldest son Daniel Welburne' in the will of Daniel Welburne, wife Barbara.
* 2 Marriage- ca 1750. He married Rebecca (232) Smith, daughter of John (of Jms & Ellinor) Smith and Esther Ann (79) Ayres, circa 1750 at Accomack Co, VA.
* 3. Will- 7 May 1766. Daniel made a will on May 7. 1766 at Accomack Co, VA. Wife Rebecca. To eldest son Daniel Welburn land where I live & for want of heirs to my 2nd son James Welburn.
