"...Wife Rebecca. To eldest son Daniel Welburn land where I live and for want of heirs to my second son James Welburn. To son James Welburn, all my swamp land given to me by my father, Daniel Welburn's will. My island land on Assateague, to be divided between sons Daniel, James, and Riley Welburn and my daughter Elizabeth Welburn. Sons Daniel, James and Riley Welburn and daughters, Leah and Elizabeth Welburn, resid. legatees. Brother Francis Welburn and Ayres Gillett, Exrs. Witt. Joseph Christopher, Leady Christopher, Tabithey Stevenson, William Gilletts. p 620. In order of probate: Littleton Dennis to Daniel Welburn, inh't heir at law of testator."
