Conrad-162 and Welf-51 appear to represent the same person because: The misnamed "Conrad" appears to be a duplicate of Conrad "l'Ancien" (Welf). The wife and son also match.
His listed DOB of 824 is actually that of his son, with a similar first name. His DOB is c805, which is consistent with the DOB of his mothe in 780.
