Biography

Mary Weller, born 11 September 1672 at Northampton, Massachusetts, was a daughter of Mary (Alvord) and John Weller (1645-abt.1686) ,^[1]. In birth order, she was their second known child.

Mary was Christened on 12 September 1671 at Northampton, Massachusetts ^[2],^[3].

Jonathan Bagg/Bag and Mary Weller, both of Springfield, were married on January 7, 1697, in Springfield, Hampden County, Massachusetts ^[4],^[5],^[6].

No evidence of any middle name. During the times in which Mary (Weller) Bagg lived, middle names were generally not given, and such naming practice was squelched particularly among the "common" folk of the British Empire.
