Jane and Jean were commonly interchanged as names for one another. Annoying, but common.

Wells-7315 and Wells-7251 appear to represent the same person because: In the absence of any sourcing at all for Wells-7251 as a different daughter of the same parents with the same name, or for her birthdate, or any sourcing at all, these profiles should absolutely be merged.

Wells-7251 and Wells-7315 are not ready to be merged because: The birth dates are different. If someone has actual records for an exact birth date(s) and records showing the use of both names for the same person, the issue could be resolved.
