Two deaths occurred at Windeyer on Saturday, in the persons of Mr. George Wells and Mrs. Kitty Byng. The former was 95 years of age, and was recognised as one of the oldest identities of Windeyer. The latter was also an old identity, and was well known throughout the community. [5]
