Mary married Samuel Appleton (born on August 15, 1726 in Boston; son of Samuel Appleton IV and Ann (Gerrish) Gee). Their children were:

She married secondly John Clapham, a merchant of Boston, on 26 March 1770.

Mary died in 1811 in Boston, Massachusetts, United States, aged about 80.
