Dorothy Ciaramitaro
Mrs. Dorothy Wentworth Ciaramitaro, 73, of San Ramon, Calif., formerly of Michigan, died Sunday, June 12, in San Ramon after an illness of several weeks. She was born Nov. 6, 1914 in Dryden, MI, the daughter of Benjamin and Blanche (Biddle) Wenwtworth. She came to the Cass City area as a young girl, and married Frank Ciaramitaro Sept. 7, 1940, in Detroit. They moved to California in 1972 from New York. She was a member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church of San Ramon. Surviving are her husband, Frank; 3 sons, Dr. David Ciaramitaro of Benson, Ariz., Dr. Micheal Ciaramitaro of Ypsilanti and Tom Ciaramitaro of Concord, Calif.; 2 grandchildren; 3 brothers, Harry Wentworth of Cass City, Laurence Wentworth of Almont, and Bruce Wentworth of Decker, and one sister, Lucille Wentworth of Lansing. A funeral Mass was scheduled Tuesday, June 14, at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church of San Ramon. Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 11 a.m. at Little's Funeral Home, Cass City, with Father Julius Spleet, pastor of St. Pancratius Catholic Church of Cass City, officiating. Interment will be in Novesta Cemetery.
