Biography
Edmund West Jr was a son of Edmund West, an early settler in the territory that would become West Virginia.
On 15 February he married Mary Ann Hacker.[1]
On 5 December of that year, Mary Ann West was killed during the frontier wars.
Edmund West remarried to a woman named Catherine, named as his wife in his 1814 Will.[2] It also names sons John, Moses, Edmund, and daughter Mary.
