Sarah "Sallie" P. West was born in about 1832 in Ohio. She is the daughter of Unknown Father and Unknown Mother.

Sarah marries to Albert W. Spencer in about 1850 in Michigan. Albert was born on January 20, 1823 in Kitley, Ontario, Canada. Albert is the son of Norman Spencer and Ruth Huntley.

Albert had married first to Harriet Delaney Wilcox in about 1845 in Michigan. Harriet dies on April 12, 1850 in Lapeer County, Michigan.

Albert W. Spencer dies at Attica, Lapeer, Michigan on October 1, 1886. Albert W. is buried next to Harriet Delaney Wilcox in the North Dryden Cemetery.
