Clement West, son of Francis West and Susannah (Soule) West, was born in Kingstown, Rhode Island on 18 Sept 1684. He was still living 5 Jan 1746/7 when he acknowledge a deed[1].
Mayflower Society says Sarah (Tanner?) perhaps d/o William and Mary (Babcock) Tanner[2] However it is not at all certain that William had a daughter Sarah.
Clement, sometimes with his wife, bought and/or sold land in Kingstown, East Greenwich, Westerly, and Charlestown, Rhode Island[1].
In 1743, he did not qualify to be a juror, and in 1744 he recorded his earmarks[1].
