Enseign Peter West & his wife Elizabeth Reichtmeyer christened Anna West 27 Jan 1779 in Saugerties, New York (later called Katsbaan Ulster, New York). ^[1]

Anna West, born 18 Dec 1779, died 15 Feb 1870, was the daughter of patriot Enseign Peter West, b. Holland 01 Jan 1749, d. 30 April 1829 and his wife Elizabeth Reichtmeyer. They are honored for service:1) CAPT LUCAS DE WITT,COL ABRAHAM HASBROUCK 2) ULSTER CO

Anna married (1) Peter Posson, born 27 July 1772, died 29 September 1863. One of their children was Cornelius Dyke Posson.^[3]
