Winnie West married Ephraim Phillips September 1871 in Scott County, Tennessee. They lived in Huntsville, Scott, Tennessee, United States.[3]
Winnie Phillips died April 3, 1887, in Scott County, Tennessee. She was buried in Sexton Memorial Cemetery in Scott County, Tennessee, USA.[4]
