Biography

Winnie was born August 4, 1854, in Scott County, Tennessee. Winnie West was the daughter of Reuben West (1810 - 1883) and Emily Clemons (1811 - 1872).[1][2]

Winnie West married Ephraim Phillips September 1871 in Scott County, Tennessee. They lived in Huntsville, Scott, Tennessee, United States.[3]

Winnie Phillips died April 3, 1887, in Scott County, Tennessee. She was buried in Sexton Memorial Cemetery in Scott County, Tennessee, USA.[4]
