Bessie Clay West was born in ~1873 in McLean County Kentucky. Her parents were Waitman E. West (~1849 - >1880) and Charlotte McEuen (1851 - 1879). [1]
Bessie married Emory Jackson Arnold (1866 - 1941).
Their child was Oscar E. Arnold (1900s - 1980s).
Bessie died in ~1927 in Sacramento, McLean County, Kentucky.
