Ephraim Witherbee of Lunenburg died intestate and on 10 August 1747, Joseph Woods of Lunenburg was granted the administration of his estate.[2]
His inventory was taken on 24 September 1747 in Lunenburg.[3]
In 1748, an account of his estate by Joseph Woods was recorded which included
debts due, debts paid, doctor, recording two deeds, loss on the grain, and administration fees.[4] A further account of his estate was recorded which included, the sale of real estate, an attorney, rates, debts paid, and administration fees.[5]
In 1750, another account of his estate recorded the sale of land, debts paid, balance of the last account, mother's inventory, arbitration, and administration fees.[6]
