Whaley-68 and Whalley-152 appear to represent the same person because: Her birth date and the names of her father and siblings match.
Ann's siblings Joan and Samuel are the only children for whom I've found valid, verifiable source citations for the use of the surname "Whaley" (with a single "L"). Ann, Theodosia, Elizabeth, Martha and Lydia seem to have retained the original spelling of "Whalley" (with a double "L") until their deaths.
