Anna E. (Wheeler) Feitshans was born in 1847, daughter of Frederick Wheeler (1792–1887) and Maria Christina (Widenbaugh) Wheeler (1807–1897).
Her siblings were:

- John Wheeler (1836–1925)
Anna died in 1918 in Indiana County, Pennsylvania, United States, aged 70.[1] She was buried in New Life Evangelical Lutheran Church Cemetery, Clymer, Pennsylvania.
Anna married David Feitshans (born in 1839 in Indiana County, Pennsylvania, United States; son of John David Feitshans and Charlotte (Hauck) Feitshans).
