Biography

CAUTION: Please do not add John Wheeler as his son. Obadiah did not have a son John.

Obadiah Wheeler II, was born in 1651-2 in Concord, MA Bay Colony. He died after 10 March 1713 in Concord.

He was the second son of Obadiah Wheeler I and his second wife, whose name is unknown.

Marriage and Children

Married: Elizabeth White, daughter of Resolved White and Judith Vassall, on 17 July 1672 in Concord, Middlesex County, Massachusetts. [1]

Death

Died: After 10 Mar 1712/13 when Obadiah and Elizabeth acknowledged a deed of land. No further evidence of them has been found.
On 28 March 1712 Obadiah Wheeler Sr. of Concord sold land to his son Obadiah with his wife Elizabeth releasing her dower. They acknowledged the deed 10 March 1712. No other land or probate evidence has been found to connect them with their children, and no further mention has been found for Elizabeth and Obadiah in the following sources: land and probate records of Barnstable, Middlesex, Plymouth, Worcester or Suffolk Counties.

His bio also shows he died after Mar 28, 1712-3, when he and his wife, Elizabeth sold land to their son.

Today I added https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/108588291/obadiah-wheeler source to profile. That source lists death as 1715, and tomb stone is probably reliable for death date. I will let someone else decide whether to update profile.

There are no sources for the 1715 date, even within the NEHGR 85:115 reference that the "source" on FAG cites. I will update the date to "after" the 1713 date shown in the comment
