Lidia Wheeler was born on Concord, Massachusetts on November 26, 1772 the daughter of David Wheeler, Jr. and Rebeckah (Jones) Wheeler. [1]
She married John Buttrick at Concord on December 8, 1795. He was born there on October 8, 1760, son of John and Abigail (?Jones) Buttrick. [1]
Her father David Wheeler wrote his will on Jul 23, 1803, leaving a bequest to daughter Lydia, Buttrick wife of John, among others. [2]
Her mother's will written on December 26, 1817, and submitted to the court on November 18, 1823, names grandson David Wheeler Buttrick, son of John Buttrick, my husband's namesake. [3]
On September 8, 1824, John Buttrick, Grovenor Buttrick and David W. Buttrick all received $14.50 in the distribution of Rebecca Wheeler's estate. [3]
Lydia died at the age of 39 on March 28, 1812. [1] She is buried in the Old Hill Burying Ground at Concord. [4]
After her death her husband John married second Hannah Wheeler. He died at Concord on September 11, 1825. [1]
