Biography
William R. Wheeler was born 29 Aug 1805 at Stonington, Connecticut. He was the ninth child of Desire Randall and Perez Wheeler, her first husband.
He married Emeline Stewart of N. Stonington, Dec. 16, 1830, ceremony performed by Rev. Joseph Ayer, Jr. 1:125. They had one child.
Wheeler, William R., died Feb. 15, 1851, age 45; his grave is in Wheeler Cemetery #62, North Stonington, New London County, Connecticut.
