Biography
- Francis Wheeler was born in Province of Maryland on January 25, 1701,[1] twin to Winifred Wheeler and the son of Francis Wheeler and Wynyfred Greene Wheeler. He married Elizabeth, whose last name is unknown, and they had at least one known child, Samuel, born 1742.[2]
