1741 Will of Luke Wheeler of St. Mary's Co. 30 Nov 1741 / 3 Mar 1741 To my son Ignatius Wheeler the plantation whereon I now live part of Maiden Bowers, 250 acres.
My wife to have one-half of the said plantation during her natural life.
To my son William Wheeler part of Planters Delight whereon Thomas Mitchell lives being in Charles Co.
To my son Clement Wheeler plantation whereon Joshua Alford lives in Charles Co being part of Planters Delight.
To my son Raphael Wheeler plantation whereon John Delozier lives in Charles Co it being part of Planters Delight.
If either my sons William, Clement, or Raphael should die without issue that their part shall be with my son Bennet Wheeler.
If any of my last mentioned four sons William, Clement, Raphael and Bennet should die without issue the whole tract called Planters Delight to remain with the two survivors.
One half of my movable estate to remain with my wife and the other half to be equally divided between my daughters.

LUKE WHEELER was born circa 1696 in Charles County, Maryland; died 1740/1741 in St. Mary's County, Maryland. His Last Will and Testament was probated on 3 Mar 1741 as stated in Maryland Calendar of Wills 22.437. He is the son of IGNATIUS WHEELER and FRANCES SLYE. He married PROTHESER THERESA LAWTON.

(2) William born in Maryland; died 1805 in Charles County, Maryland; married 1st Mary Millard, 2nd in 1793 Mary Clements.

(4) Raphael born in Maryland; died 1786 in Charles County, Maryland; married unknown Heard.
(5) Bennett born in Maryland ; died 1773 ; married Jane.
(6) Susanna born in Maryland; died 1782 married John Shircliffe.
(7) Henrietta born in Maryland; died 1797; married William Peake.
(8) Mary Ann born in Maryland; died after 1797; married John Clements.
