Wheeler-13325 and Wheeler-6235 appear to represent the same person because: same dates and parents

My Wheeler-13325 and your Wheeler-6235 are very very close but I really don't believe that they are the same, I looked really close at the parent's and grandparents and they just don't match so I will reject the merge if you agree

Wheeler-13325 and Wheeler-6235 do not represent the same person because: If these two are merged now, she will have two fathers and two mothers. It might make more sense to make sure we can merge the parents and grandparents first. It does not make sense to me to only merge Elizabeth. Maybe we could discuss this line more.
