Research Notes
This Sarah is not connected to Richard Williams or the Williams children. As suggested by Randy Seaver and my earlier note, they and the related sources to which I have no access, should be separated from this profile. More work needed, please. Halsey Bullen

This Sarah (Wheeler) Merriam profile should be disconnected from Richard Williams and the Williams children. The probate record of her father, John Wheeler (1643-1713), has an estate settlement between the heirs, including John Meriam (the spouse of Sarah (Wheeler) Merriam.
Two different people seem to have been conflated into one here. If Sarah of Concord MA married in 1688 Richard Williams of Groton CT, who died in 1733, she could not have married John Merriam in Concord, MA in 1691. My guess is that she only married John Merriam also of Massachusetts, and someone else, probably of Connecticut, married Richard Williams.
