Biography

Joseph was born 20 January 1765 in Mendon, Massachusetts to Benjamin Wheelock and Hannah Chapin.[1] He married Anna Slater of Boston[2] on March 9, 1786 in Grafton, Worcester, Massahcussetts.[3] The had four children:

  1. Nahum (1788-1866) [4]
  2. Lucy (1790-?) [4]
  3. Sally (1793-?) [4][5]
  4. Joseph (1798-1879). [4][5]

Joseph died in 1820 in either Worcester, Massachusetts[5] or Shaftsbury, Vermont.[5]
