Biography

Eunice was born in 1899. She was the daughter of Samuel Link and Mollie Link. She passed away about 1979. [1]

NSDAR #216461, 1925 (Questionable)

(Excerpt of a letter, March 18, 1947, Terra Haute, Indiana from Alice Mayo Link Whitacre to Eunice Fickle LeGrand): "Hannah studied osteopathy and graduated there in Kirksville [MO] in May 1942 and went to Calif. in Sept. the same year. #1131 1/4 S. Westmorland Ave, Los Angeles, Calif."

(Records of Eunice Fickle LeGrand): Hannah was Corresponding Secretary of the Hollywood [CA] Browning Society ca 1975

(Recollections, 2004, of Mary Longpre Gunning Scott): "Hannah was crippled with polio, was very attractive with dark hair in a bun. She had all kinds of degrees - Osteopathy, master in psychology and who knows what else. She never married. Oh yes she was a singer and a conductor of some good choruses. She had a Masters in Music, I think. She practiced osteopathy with hours like five hours a week. She was a character charming, talkative.

Buried Forest-Llewellyn Cemetery, Kirksville, Adair County, MO.[2]
