According to Moses White’s will (1757), his daughter Agnes White was to get 15 pounds “when she comes of Ege (sic).” She supposedly got married to William B Sherrill in 1743. See the problem? If anyone can point out my error, PLEASE do.

[Colonial Scots-Irish Immigrants: The Irish Records - Electric Scotland]

"Many of the earliest Scots-Irish immigrants (of the 1720s and 1730s) first settled in Pennsylvania. Many then moved down from Pennsylvania into Virginia and the Carolinas. From there immigrants and their descendants went on to populate the states of Georgia, Kentucky, and Tennessee in the 1780s and 1790s."

The migrations shown in this profile exactly match the above description of patterns at the time of her life. This family is one I anticipate researching this year, and any help is appreciated.

Her father was born in Ireland and died in Pennsylvania. Sarah Agnes was born in Augusta, Virginia. Could someone explain just how this could have happened?
