Biography

Chester was the only son of Joseph White and Edith Hilton. ^[1] He grew up in Brockton, Massachusetts.^[2][3]He lived with his parents in Brockton^[4]until his marriage to Florence Walters in 1930.^[5] They are the parents of at least one son, Frank Chester White.^[6]

Chester was working as a civil engineer in Brockton at the time of his marriage.^[7] Her was working at Fore River Shipbuilding in Braintree at the time of his draft registration in 1940.^[8] He died in Massachusetts at age 63.^[9]
