Patrick, after you get more familiar with the way WikiTree works, you might even create a free-space page about the 1916 easter rising. It's entirely up to you. There may already be something on WikiTree about it.
Our Honor Code, G2G message forum, help pages, search features, and many other useful links can be accessed from the menus on the upper right corner of most pages. If you click on the 'Find' menu and select 'Projects' you may be able to find some like-minded researchers in the 'Irish Roots' project.
VERY IMPORTANT:
The more documents, sources, dates, and locations you provide on the profiles you create, the stronger your branches and our mutual global tree will be. If you don't know the correct date, please estimate using before or after.
Thank you for helping in our mission to build a global tree with only ONE profile per person.
Also, WikiTree Help is filled with useful information you might want to review. The help pages can be accessed through the link in the upper right hand corner of your profile page.
Our Honor Code is a very important part of why our community is such a friendly place to grow your family tree. :o)
Have you tried searching http://www.rootsireland.ie/
They have just released more records.
All the best
Billy
