Hazel was murdered in Grand Junction, Colorado. While the newspaper articles report that her spouse is Leo Millard, she is buried under the last name of Davidson. I have been unable to find any records that show she was formally married to Leo Millard. She married William Davidson on 17 June 1924. He died in 1943. They had one daughter together.
