Biography
Elmer was born in 1916 in Cook County and was with his parents in Chicago in 1920. In 1930 and 1940 they were in Lyons (also in Cook County). He served in World War II. In 1991 he lived in Grand Ledge, Michigan. He died in 2010 in Lansing, Michigan.
