I was born in Myrtle Point Oregon and grew up there until about the age of 23. I was born into a large family I am the 5th of 7 children and the only redhead. I had an Aunt Savilla who also had red hair as well as her Grandma named Savilla who was also a redhead. I never went by Darlene until after I started College and only then because at least people could pronounce the name Darlene as where Savilla was hard to spell and remember or pronounce. I still go by Savilla at home and I love the uniqueness of my name. I met my husband in Coquille and we had our son then we moved to Wyoming for a few years but decided to move back home and so we then settled in Coquille for about 4 years. We moved to Washington up by Spokane and I got my degree in Computer Networking. I then landed a job up in Stayton Oregon where I am currently located. My mom wanted to find out if we were native American so I got into researching our past and have found it is a lot of fun to find out who we are related to and that I get my green thumb from my family who were farmers. I cant find out much about Savilla Grey because she isn't found and in census her name is often misspelled and so I have a hard time verifying that it is her however she is always with either a Jane or with Frank A white her husband. I wish I could find more info on her. I am hoping to find out how far my name Savilla goes back.
