Doris (White) Dantzler, 49, of Carlisle, SC, died Sunday, August 22, 2004, at 10:13 a.m. in Spartanburg Regional Medical Center after a brief illness.
Mrs. Dantzler was born in Union on Aug. 10, 1955, a daughter of Douglas and Dorethea (Walton) White of Carlisle.
A graduate of Union High School, she was employed with American Services at National Starch and Chemical and was a member of Fairview Baptist Church.
Surviving in addition to her parents are a son, Lance E. Vaughan of the home; a sister, Debra White of Carlisle; a brother and sister-in-law, Douglas R. White Jr. and wife Pam of Carlisle; and a niece, Micki Sumner of Carlisle.
Mrs. Dantzler was predeceased by a daughter, Leslie M. Vaughan.
